All Estimates and Diagnostics Charges are reimbursed on the completion of the job.

*The standard trip charge is a one time charge within 90 days with a maximum of 5 return trips. The surge charge applies on each trip.
**All parts have a 90 days warranty minimum. Some vendors we purchase from have 180 days, 1 year and extended warranty up to 3years (for a price). All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
***Labor is charged in half hour increments. If a repair is declined or a repair is not possible (due to a part not being available), then a $15 diagnostics charge will be assessed. Labor and parts are only charged when repaired.
